For the toppings, mix the tomatoes with the oregano, onion and paprika in a bowl and season, then spread the mixture over the dough. Next, on one half of the pizza distribute the chorizo slices, spring onions and chilies, then top with dollops of sour cream. On the other half, distribute the ham, pineapple and mushrooms. Finally, sprinkle the grated cheese over the whole pizza. Bake the pizza in a preheated oven at 400u00b0F for 20-25 mins. Garnish with a little oregano if desired and serve hot.
