Hake Fillets With Camembert Sauce

   Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

   Season the fillets with salt, pepper, and lemon juice, and marinate for about 15 minutes.

   Place the fillets on a baking tray, and brush with melted butter.

   Bake for about 12 minutes.

   Cut the Camembert cheese into pieces, and melting in a water bath, stirring slightly.

   When the cheese is melted, add the cream and egg yolks, and stir well.

   Whisk the egg whites until stiff, add to sauce, and mix gently.

   Remove from heat.

   Place the fillets on a plate, and cover them with Camembert sauce.

    Serve with rice with peas and carrots.
