1 c. warm water
4 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. flour
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 pound mushrooms, fresh
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 teaspoon salt, dash pepper
3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. fish stock or possibly dry sherry

Arrange haddock on a rack in a skillet.

Add in water; cover and simmer 15 min.
