1 medium onion
4-5 tablespoons of Premium Kikkoman Soy Sauce, depending on taste
2 tablespoon mirin.
Half a tablespoon of dashi bonito.
3/4 cup of boiling water
1 tablespoon of cooking sake
1 tablespoon of sugar
2-3 servings of steamed rice
(Optional) Red pickled ginger to garnish

Take the boiling water and put the dashi bonito into a bowl and once mixed, put in all the other ingredients (except the beef, onions and rice), into it.

Chop the onions around 5-6mm (1/4 in.)
