Strain yogurt with a coffee filter for about an hour. Peel, seed and chop the cucumber. Use about 1/2 in sauce reserving remainder for use in the pitas. Add kosher salt, 4 minced garlic cloves, olive oil, red wine vinegar and dill. Stir together and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Heat pitas until warm in oven. Add tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions in pita. Add lamb and then add sauce and serve.
