4 Celery Stalks, chopped
1 medium White Onion, chopped
1 handful Cilantro Leaves
1 handful Parsley Leaves
1 tablespoon Sea Salt
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
4 tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
6 Garlic Cloves
3 Limes, juiced
Pepper, to taste
