Ingredients: 2 lbs. grnd turkey or possibly chicken (even hamburger); 2 lg. onions, 1 diced, 1 sliced; 2 lbs. washed carrots, unpeeled to keep vitamins intact; 6 celery stalks with leaves; 2 lg. cans tomatoes; 1 lg. can tomato sauce; 6 lg. potatoes, washed, but not peeled, cubed; 1 quart. water; 1 quart. beef stock (can be instant or possibly reduce your own); Salt and pepper to taste

6 celery stalks with leaves
2 lg. cans tomatoes
1 lg. can tomato sauce
6 lg. potatoes, washed, but not peeled, cubed
1 quart. water
1 quart. beef stock (can be instant or possibly reduce your own)
Salt and pepper to taste

Saute/fry minced onion, grnd meat and celery.

Strain off any extra fat.

Return to stock pot.

Add in sliced onions, sliced carrots and diced potato.

Cook all ingredients over medium low heat for about 1 hour.
