Ground Turkey Quesadilla

   Break up ground turkey in skillet on medium heat and season to desired taste. Cook until browned. Remove from skillet and place in side dish

   Spray pam on skillet , Place 1 wrap on skillet and wait for it to bubble. Place two tablespoons of ground turkey on one half add a handful of cheese on top .As cheese begins to melt fold over with spatula and continue to cook until wrap is browned. Keep heat on low- medium and spray pam on skillet every 2 wraps , so as not to burn them.

   Serve with Spanish rice and sour cream or guac
