1 pound turkey Ground raw
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 stalk celery sliced, 1/2 cup
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/8 teaspoon apple pie spice

1 cup beef broth

2 tablespoons chili powder
3 tablespoons all purpose flour
2 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder

In a large skillet, cook turkey, celery, onion and garlic in 1 Tbsp. cooking oil until no pink remains and vegetables are tender.

Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly; cook and stir 1 minute more.
