1 pkg. grnd turkey (approx. 1 lb.)
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 med. onion, minced
2 stalks celery, minced
1/2 green pepper, minced
6-8 ounce. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 lg. can tomatoes
1-1 1/2 c. dry pasta (twists or possibly elbow macaroni)
Salt & pepper to taste
Grated Parmesan cheese

Cook turkey in 1-2 Tbsp.

Add in onion and celery and cook till onion is soft.
