1 onion, minced
1/4 c. minced celery
1/4 c. minced bell pepper
2 cans tomato soup
1 lg. can V-8 juice
2 tbsp. beef bouillon granules
1 lg. pkg. frzn mixed vegetables
1/4 c. Minute rice
1 sm. can kernel corn
Salt, pepper, garlic to taste

Brown meat, drain off fat.
