1/2 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. diced celery
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
chopped parsley to taste
shredded cheese to taste
1/2 c. diced green peppers

Cook macaroni as to directions.

Brown onion in oil.

Add meat.

Cook until lightly browned.

Drain fat.

Add remaining ingredients except macaroni, parsley and cheese.

Simmer, covered, for 20 minutes or until celery and peppers are tender.
