2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can sliced mushrooms
1/4 c. slivered almonds
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 stick butter
1 c. sour cream
2 to 3 sprigs parsley
1 green pepper
1 red pimento
1/4 tsp. paprika
almonds, toasted

Cook onion and flour in butter until golden brown.

Add meat mixed with salt, pepper and paprika.

Brown well.

Add mushrooms, soup and green pepper.

Add sour cream and heat until all the mixture is hot.

Serve over Chinese noodles or rice. Sprinkle toasted almonds on top.
