   Using a large skillet or possibly electric frying pan, brown the meat.

   Add in vegetables.

   Let cook till vegetables begin to soften.

   Add in soups, ketchup and seasonings.

   Let it simmer till it is warm.

   Serve on Kaiser roll or possibly any type of roll.
