1 c. minced onion
2 tbsp. fat
1 pound grnd beef
3 c. med. noodles
3 c. tomato juice
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
Dash pepper
2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1//2 to 3/4 c. minced green pepper
1 c. lowfat sour cream
3 ounce. can sliced mushrooms, liquid removed

Cook onion in warm fat till tender but not browned.

Add in beef; brown lightly.
