Ground Beef, Egg And Potato Skillet

   Brown meat in skillet.

   Add onions and potatoes; cook for 5 minutes, stirring often until onions are tender.

   Beat eggs with salt and stir into meat mixture.

   Cook and stir over medium heat until eggs are almost set.

   Sprinkle with cheese; cover and cook over low heat for 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
