3 whole Eggs
2 cups Sugar
1 cup Margarine (or 1/2 Cup Crisco Plus 1/2 Cup Margarine)
1/2 cups Water
2-1/2 cups Flour
2 Tablespoons Cocoa
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 teaspoon Allspice
1/2 cups Chocolate Chips
2 whole Apples, Finely Chopped
1 cup Pecans, Chopped
1 Tablespoon Vanilla

Beat until fluffy: eggs, sugar, margarine and water.

Sift: flour, cocoa, baking soda, cinnamon and allspice

Mix sifted ingredients with egg mixture.

Add: chocolate chips, apples, pecans and vanilla.

Prepare 2 cake pans and evenly distribute the cake mixture between both pans.

Bake at 350F for 1 hour and 20 minutes.

May be baked in a tube pan or regular sheet-cake pan.
