["Slice the zucchini lengthwise in 1/4"" (or less) slices. Lay the slices out on a cutting board and brush each piece with olive oil. Sprinkle each slice with the seasonings to your taste. These are good grilled on your outdoor grill or I used the grill on my griddle and they were excellent. Grill on one side approximately 5 minutes or until the slice is slightly floppy. Turn and grill on the second side until it is the consistency that you like.
