Grilled Turkey and Avocado Quesadillas

   Preheat panini press or a skillet over medium heat.

   Lay down one tortilla and then layer grilled turkey, a few avocado slices, cheese and then the next tortilla and cook until golden and crispy on both sides, about 2 minutes a side.

   Repeat with remaining ingredients.

   Serve with mango cucumber salsa.
