3 cups water
¼ teaspoon baking soda
1 12 lbs garlic sausages
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
5 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
salt and pepper
