Grilled pork chops

   Turn all burners to high and let heat for about 15 minutes while you prepare your pork chops

   Pat the chops dry with paper towels.

   Rub lightly with oil, sprinkle the dry rub on and rub into the meat.

   Place the chops on the center part of the grill and cook about 5 minutes per side.

   Turn center burner off and lower side burners to high medium heat.

   Continue cooking the chops in the center of the grill, 10 minutes per side with cover on/down.

   Remove the chops and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
