Grilled Peach and Honey

   Cut the peaches in half, remove stone then cut the halves again.

   On a griddle pan, brush some butter.

   Then bring the pan to a gentle heat.

   Brush the peaches with maple syrup and place face down first.

   Occasionally move the peaches about so as not to stick to the pan.

   Shake pan often.

   Grill for 6-10 minutes until the peaches go soft.

   Remove from the pan when done and add to a plate.

   Drizzle with the honey and then sprinkle the sugar over the peaches.
