Grilled Honey Mint Cantaloupe

   Preheat grill to about med-low.

   Heat butter and honey together in a saucepan.

   Stir in the mint.

   Thread melon on skewers.

   Baste with sauce.

   Grill on lightly oiled grill 5-7 minutes, turning often.
