1/4 cups Dark Rum
1/4 cups Dark Brown Sugar
1/4 cups Pineapple Juice
1 teaspoon Ketchup
1/4 teaspoons Cinnamon
1/4 teaspoons Ground Cloves
2 To 3 Ham Steaks
3 cups Pineapple Chunks, On Skewers

In a heavy saucepan, combine the butter and the garlic until the garlic starts turning brown, about 3 minutes.

Add the rum, sugar, pineapple juice, ketchup, cinnamon and cloves.

Simmer for 10 minutes or until the sauce gets nice and thick.
