Grilled Green Tomatoes

   Rinse the tomatoes and pat dry.

   Slice crosswise into 1/2-inch thick slices.

   Brush slices with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

   On an open grill over medium coals, grill tomatoes for approximately 4 minutes or until lightly grill marked and tender.
