Bring pot of water to boil. Drop in green beans, then add 1 T salt. Cover pot and let water return to boil. This takes about two minutes. Remove cover and boil uncovered for several minutes. Cook until beans have a medium crunch. Drain immediately, run cold water over them then immerse in ice water. Leave for 5 minutes or when thoroughly chilled, then drain. Dry thoroughly and refrigerate in covered bowl until ready to use. (this can be done several hours in advance)

Combine melted butter and brown sugar in a small bowl and mix. Pour over green beans and mix with hands. Group beans into bundles of about 5 - 8 each. Wrap each bundle around center with slice of prosciutto. (make sure it is secure)

Sprinkle with Rosemary and Garlic (to taste) then place on medium grill (indirect). Cook for about 10-15 minutes turning once. Remove from grill and serve. This is great as an appetizer or side dish.
