Mix all the ingredients together in a large mixing bowl leaving the spices and the corn startch out

Rub the salmon on the flesh side with the spices(corianderand ginger if powdered same for the oregano),salt and peper

Cover and leave in the fridge to marinate for 4 to 6 hours

Preheat your grill or your skillet(it has to be smoking hot so the the fish doesn't stick,when u drop a drop of water on it it has to evaporate and make a loud crackly sound) and brush them with some olive oil

Cook the fish the fish skin side down to crisp the skin then flip it and cook to your desire or until it flakes with a fork about 2 to 3 mins

Serve it with some pasta or sauted vegtables

To make the sauce heat the the marinade in pan and add corn startch till it's the right consistency
