Mix the curry powder with the oil, salt and pepper. Halve the chicken breasts horizontally and cut each slice in half. Add the chicken to the oil mixture and marinate for about 1 hour.

Mix the yogurt with the garlic and 1 tbsp of the parsley and transfer to a small serving dish. Use a potato peeler to pare off thin strips of zucchini. Brush with the olive oil and season lightly.
