2 cups Cherries [pitted and halved]
2 tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
1 head Lettuce
1 cup Radicchio [shreded]
3 stalks Scallions [sliced]
1 cup Cucumbers [sliced]
1/2 cup Parsley [chopped]

1. Preheat grill or grill pan over high heat
