Grilled Cheesy Chipotle Chicken & Tomato Sandwich

   Pour 1/4 cup dressing over chicken in shallow dish; turn to evenly coat both sides of each.

   Repeat with onions and remaining dressing in separate dish.

   Refrigerate chicken and onions 30 min.

   Meanwhile, combine mayo and chipotle peppers; refrigerate until ready to use.

   Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade.
