Grilled BBQ Chicken Quesadillas

   Combine all cilantro lime sour cream ingredients in bowl; set aside.

   Cut 4 slices cheese in half; set aside.

   Heat gas grill to medium or charcoal grill until coals are ash white.

   Combine chicken, barbecue sauce, cilantro and red onion in bowl.

   Assemble quesadillas by placing 2 slices cheese onto one-half of each tortilla.

   Top with 1/4 chicken mixture and 2 half slices cheese.

   Fold tortillas over filling.

   Place onto grill.

   Grill, turning once, 4-6 minutes or until tortillas start to crisp and cheese is melted.

    Serve with cilantro lime sour cream.
