Grilled BBQ Chicken Pizza with Cherry Chipotle BBQ Sauce

   Preheat grill.

   Oil pizza dough and, using a cutting board or a cookie sheet, slide dough oiled side down onto grill.

   Grill about 2-3 minutes until grill marks appear and dough begins to firm up and brown.

   With a spatula and tongs, flip dough onto cookie sheet, cooked side down.

   Immediately top with sauce, chicken, japalenos, and cheeses.

   Slide dough back onto grill.

   Grill covered for 2 minutes and up to 10 minutes, depending on the thickness of your dough, Grill until dough is cooked and cheese is melted.
