COMBINE oil, soy sauce, lime juice and ginger in small bowl; mix well. Transfer to resealable food storage bag or shallow dish.

ADD chicken, turning to coat; close bag or cover dish. Marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes. While chicken is marinating, melt orange marmalade in microwave on MEDIUM (50% power).

REMOVE chicken from marinade; place on prepared grill (discard marinade). Brush with half the melted orange marmalade. Cook about 5 to 6 minutes. Turn and brush with remaining marmalade; cook an additional 5 to 6 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165u00b0F.
