Grilled Apple and Cheese Sandwich

   Core apple and slice into rings.

   Split muffins.

   Spread mustard on muffins.

   Fill muffins with a slice of Canadian bacon, a slice of Swiss cheese, and 1-2 apple rings.

   Lightly butter outsides of muffins.
