1 package Active Dry Yeast
1 cup Warm Water (105-115 Degrees)
2- 1/4 teaspoons Salt, Divided
2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
2- 1/2 cups All-purpose Or Whole Wheat Flour
8 ounces, fluid Tomato Sauce
2 Tablespoons Dried Oregano Leaves
⅛ teaspoons Powder Garlic
⅛ teaspoons Pepper
⅛ teaspoons Chili Powder
1 teaspoon Sweet Basil
1 whole Onion (medium)
1/2 whole (bell) Green Pepper, Chopped
1 can Mild Chiles
2 cups Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded

Dissolved yeast in warm water.

Stir in 1 teaspoon salt, vegetable oil and flour; beat vigorously 20 strokes.

Mix tomato sauce, oregano, 1 1/4 teaspoon salt, garlic, pepper, chili powder, and sweet basil; heat to boiling.

Reduce heat and simmer.

Divide dough into halves or thirds.

Roll into a circle with a rolling pin.

Place equal portions or meat, onion, green pepper, chile pepper and mozzarella in the center of the dough in a strip.

Spoon 2-3 Tablespoons of sauce on top of the meat mixture.
