Green Chile Enchiladas(Stacked)

   Coat skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Cook onion and green chilies.

   Heat enchilada sauce.

   Add onion, green chilies, garlic powder and black pepper to sauce.

   Heat tortillas.

   Preheat oven to 350u00b0.

   Cover bottom of shallow baking dish with some of the sauce.

   Dip tortillas, one at a time, in sauce.

   Place 4 on bottom of dish.

   Top each with cheese.

    Continue to make 4 stacks. Top all stacks with rest of sauce and cheese.

    Place in oven and bake until cheese is melted.

    After removing from oven, may be topped with chopped lettuce and tomatoes for extra flavor.
