Green Beans with Creamy Mayonnaise Sauce

   Blanch the green beans.

   It depends on the size and thickness, but 2 minutes is a good mark.

   Just try not to over-boil them.

   Add 1 tablespoon of salt to the boiling water before placing in the green beans.

   Transfer in cold water once boiled.

   Combine the milk, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, and honey in a small bowl and mix until thoroughly blended.

   Remove the green beans from the cold water, strain, and pat dry.

   Plate the green beans and pour on the milk-mayo sauce.
