1 pound Ground Turkey
1 whole Egg White
10 ounces, weight Frozen, Chopped Spinach, Defrosted And Drained Well
4 ounces, weight Crumbled Feta
1 dash Oregano
1/4 cups Panko Or Breadcrumbs

In a medium bowl combine the yogurt, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic, mint, and dill.

In a large bowl combine the ground turkey, egg white, spinach (broken up into small pieces), feta, oregano, and breadcrumbs.

Form the turkey mixture into four to five patties and place on a plate coated with cooking spray.
