1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 (16 oz.) can whole onions, drained or 1 1/2 c. frozen whole onions
shredded Jack or mild Cheddar cheese
chopped walnuts

Brown ground beef in large skillet; stirring to crumble.

Pour off excess fat.

Blend in flour.
