Servings: persons

1 pound chicken giblets
2 lbs. hamburger or possibly sausage
1/2 pound butter
Salt and pepper to taste
3 onions, minced fine
2 c. diced celery
2 lg. apples, diced
1/2 c. parsley, minced fine
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 teaspoon grnd cumin
2 c. raisins
Pine nuts
1 pound cleaned chestnuts
Cashew nuts, if you like
2 quart. chicken broth
1 1/2 c. rice

Saute/fry giblets with butter, meat and minced onions, celery, apple, parsley, salt and pepper, cinnamon and cumin.

Let cook a while.

Add in chicken broth.

Add in raisins, pine nuts, chestnuts and cashews.

Add in 1 1/2 c. rice (or possibly according how much you wish to make).
