Great with Rice! Chopped Pork Piccata with Sauce

   In a container, briefly whisk eggs, salt and pepper, and sauce (You can also mix with cooking chopsticks )

   Let the meat sit in the whisked egg (thoroughly whisk if the meat sticks together).

   Add oil to a preheated frying pan heated to strong heat, and pour in the egg mixture.

   Mix roughly and once the eggs are half cooked, turn the heat down to low-medium.

   After one side has cooked, flip over, and cook through.

   Don't worry if it comes apart while cooking.

   It's done once if has cooked through on both sides.
