Great for Bento: Pork Rolls Wrapped in Fluffy White Hanpen Fishcakes

   Slice hanpen into 9 pieces, however big as you like.

   Make them smaller for bento lunch boxes.

   Wrap pork in hanpen and tighten, season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle in flour.

   Heat a small amount of oil in a frying pan and tightly wrap rolls one more time before arranging them in the pan.

   After roasting on one side, flip over and cook evenly to a crispness, changing the direction.

   After they are evenly roasted, wipe away excess oil with a paper towel, then add the sauce.

   Coat the pork in the sauce while simmering.
