   Preparing grape filing; Slip skins from grapes, set skins aside.

   Place the pulp in a large pot and bring to a boiling point; whisking to seperate pulp from seeds.Reduce heat, simmer 5 minutes whisking.

   Press through a food mill to remove seeds.

   Place pulp back into large pot and add skins.

   Combine sugar, flour and salt.

   Add lemon juice, butter & grape pulp.

   Add grape filling to your favorite pie shell, Cover with pastry, vent.

   Place in a 400 degree oven for about 15 mins.

   then reduce oven to 350 and bake for 35 mins or until golden brown.
