Grape-Nuts Banana Bread

   Mix flour with sugar, baking powder and salt. Stir in cereal. Combine banana, milk, egg and oil. Add flour mixture, stirring just until flour is moistened.

   Pour into greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350u00b0 for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes. Remove and cool on rack.

   Recipe may be doubled and tripled.

   Best served the next day.
