Crisco oil; 1/3 c. honey; 2 Large eggs; 1/4 c. water; 2 c. unsifted all-purpose flour; 1 3/4 c. quick cooking rolled oats; 1 teaspoon baking soda; 1 teaspoon salt; 1 teaspoon grnd cinnamon; 1/2 c. minced dry fruit; 1/2 c. raisins; 1/2 c. minced nuts; 1 c. chocolate pcs; 1/2 c. flake coconut

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. Crisco oil
1/3 c. honey
2 Large eggs
1/4 c. water
2 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
1 3/4 c. quick cooking rolled oats
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon grnd cinnamon
1/2 c. minced dry fruit
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. minced nuts
1 c. chocolate pcs
1/2 c. flake coconut

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Grease baking sheet; set aside.

Mix sugar, Crisco oil, honey, Large eggs, and water in large mixing bowl.

Add in flour, oats, baking soda, salt and cinnamon; mix well.

Stir in remaining ingredients.

Drop by tsp.

about 2 inches apart onto prepared baking sheet.

Bake at 350 degrees about 8 min or possibly till almost indentation remains when touched lightly.

Yields 4 1/2 to 5 dozen cookies or possibly 48 bars.
