Granny M's Sweet Potato Candy Recipe

   Mix all ingredients, except the peanut butter, into a dough (add in a little extra 4X sugar to stiffen the dough, if needed).

   Roll out the dough 1/4 inch thick onto a floured surface.

   Spread the peanut butter proportionately over the rolled out dough.

   Start at one end and roll it over like a jelly roll.

   Cut into slices approximately 1/2 inch wide.

   Let set till slices are hard.
