1 large egg, beaten
½ cup breadcrumbs
¼ cup cooking oil
1 ½ tablespoons cornstarch
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
1 ¼ cups milk
¾ cup swiss cheese, shredded
½ cup white wine

Place chicken between 2 pieces of waxed paper.

Pound out to 1/4-inch thickness.

In skillet, heat two tablespoons of oil.

Brown chicken 3 minutes on a side, adding remaining oil as needed.
