   Cook the sugar, syrup and water in a large bowl in microwave on High 12 minutes and 15 seconds. While this is cooking, beat your egg whites until stiff.

   Pour this over your beaten egg whites and beat until stiff.

   The trick is beat long enough before taking the beaters out.

   Then fold in with a wooden spoon the vanilla and nuts.

   Drop with teaspoon on waxed paper.
