Grandpa’S Beer Bread – Gluten Free

   1. Preheat oven to 350 F.

   2. Spray an 8x8 glass baking dish with Pam Original (or other gluten free spray, or butter if you prefer).

   3. In a large bowl, mix the Bisquick and sugar.

   4. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and beer.

   5. Add the eggs and beer to the Bisquick and sugar. Mix with a wooden spoon.

   6. Pour into prepared baking dish.

   7. Bake for 25-30 minutes.

   Serve nice and warm. And if you feel so inclined, with butter! Mmm ...
