Preheat oven to 350F.

In large bowl stir together by hand all the ingredients listed above except chocolate chips.

Add as many or as little amount you wish of the chocolate chips.

*Note: mixture will be very thick but DO NOT add more water.

Using a tablespoon, scoop a heaping amount of cookie dough and drop it onto a lightly greased cookie sheet.

Bake for approximately 8-10 minutes.

*Make sure not to over cook.

Let cool for at least 5 minutes before eating.
